Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bodysuits, Bikinis, or Essentials Panties unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Bridal items and custom Bustiers & Bra Tops are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our lingerie concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our boutique at:

  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the replacement item(s) desired
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
