Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please Note: We ship worldwide but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive defective or incorrect:
- Bodysuits
- Bikinis
- Essentials Panties
- Bridal items (final sale)
- Custom Bustiers & Bra Tops (final sale)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our lingerie concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our boutique at: Sexy Wear Hub Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item(s) desired
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
